INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the Night of Navy CS on Paper Trimmer with short side at top and left edge at 2 ½”. Trace with pencil down the cutting track. Repeat with left edge at 4 ¾”. You will have the paper divided into three sections. Section (C) is 2 ½” wide and section A is 2 ¼” wide.
2. Turn paper so that section A is at top. Score at 3”, 6” just to the first horizontal line. Score to the second horizontal line at 8”
3. Score at 4” and 7” just between the two lines. Score at 5” just from the second line to bottom. See photo
4. Cut on first horizontal line between the 3” and 8” score lines. Cut on the second horizontal line from the 4” score line to the 8” score line. These cuts are marked in red on diagram.
5. Make mountain folds on the 5”, 4”, and 3” score lines. Make valley folds on the 7” and 6” score lines. See photo 2.
6. Use liquid glue to adhere the pieces of cardstock, gold foil and dsp together and then adhere to the upright spaces of card base as shown.
7. Stamp greeting on the 6 ¾” x 1 ¾” piece of Vanilla CS on right end of the strip with Night of Navy ink. Then adhere it to the corresponding gold foil piece. Attach to horizontal part of card front.
8. Use all the sizes of the poinsettia petal dies and their corresponding embossing pieces, using both of the smallest petal dies to cut the large piece of gold foil. Cut and emboss one each of the leaf dies from the scrap of Mossy Meadow CS.
9.Slightly fold the petals of the poinsettia die-cuts in half lengthwise and then assemble placing the petals of each smaller die-cut between the petals of the larger one. Use liquid glue. Then apply to the card front and add the two Mossy Meadow leaves.
10. Adhere the large strip of Very Vanilla to inside of card.
This card will fit into a 5” x 7” envelope.
