Just to get you thinking ahead, St. Patty's Day is this coming Saturday. In honor of it, I created this Lucky  scrapbook page. I used Green Tea Designer Series Paper – 3 for the background and Calendar Basics Kit Shamrock stamp brush set. Check out the rounded corners on the photo and journaling box! They are from last week's new down load Check This Out Designer Page Templates. There are 17 different photo box punches. To insert a picture in them, place one of the punches on your page. Then fill with any designer series paper. Double click on the photobox punch. Click on 'Replace Image' in the lower left-hand corner. Choose the photo you want, move it around until you have the desired area of the photo, then click OK. Magically, your photo has been inserted into the punch. It's just that easy! I was almost ready to stay up past midnight yesterday so I could check out the new My Digital Studio downloads for today. However, I decided sleep was more desirable then even new downloads, so I went to bed. The first thing this morning I checked them out and was not disappointed! There is a St. Patrick's Day framed art piece, a new photobook template with 17 punches (these are a variety of rectangles), and more. While bold colors are not my usual choice, I really love the colors in this digital kit and the way this card turned out. All of the elements of the card are from this kit except for the Melon Mambo ribbon knot.

Welcome to My Digital Craft Corner this snowy Monday morning. We don't get a lot of snow here in our part of SE Alaska during the winter but we can count on getting some in March. We can have a brief heavy snowstorm, then clear sunny skies, then rain with the sequence repeated several times during the day. The locals call this 'Fish Egg' weather because the herring come in to lay their eggs during this time and this is typical weather when they arrive.

Our challenge today was to use pastel colors and pennants on our creations. I chose to use the lovely blues of the Green Tea designer series paper and the Green Tea stamp brush set. The punch is the Petite Scallop Pennant punch. I hope you like this card.

I love Tuesdays because Stampin' Up! usually makes new digital downloads available for purchase for My Digital Studio. Today's offerings are great. I debated about buying the Mixed Bunch Digital Kit and am so happy I ended up getting it. Not only does it have a great 6-piece stamp brush set, an 8" x 8" scrapbook page template and four designer series papers, but it also has the popular Blossom Punch in digital form! Whoohoo!

I love this card I created for a friend's birthday. Since I am always failing to actually do my good intentions, her birthday has passed but it isn't too late to send her a digital card. My Digital Studio makes it so easy to do this and it is fun to boot! I hope you like the card as well.
