While I was making the card welcoming our new great-grandchild yesterday, I made this birthday card for her sister who celebrated her 2nd birthday this month as well. I love this little whale since we see lots of whales here in SE Alaska. I used one of Stampin' Up!'s new colors, Pacific Point, on this card. Again, I used some of my retired Designer Series paper.
